DRIVER LICENCE AND AGE
Drivers must produce a full Driving Licence held for at least year. Drivers must be over the age or 21 years.
RENTAL PERIOD:
Minimum one day . Return delay of no more than 3 hours , delays over 3 hours will be liable to a full days rental. A special price can be negotiated for long-term rental.
TRAFFIC PENALTIES:
Traffic penalties caused by the lessee’s fault and legal liabilities all belong to the renter themselves. In accordance with this agreement the period in which the vehicle is impounded by the authorities and any acquiring cost will be collected from the lessee.
PAYMENT
An estimated cost of the rental is payable at the time of delivery of the car ( minimum £130 ) and the final adjustment will be made on completion of rental . No deposit required from the holders of outhorized credit cards.( American Express ,Visa,Dinirs,Eurocard, Master Card, Access,Prestige) A small deposit will be required at the start of the rental to cover the estimated cost of gasoline .
INSURANCE:
All vehicles have been insured for collision insurence . In case an accident happens, for this insurence to remain valid the vahicle mustn’t be found completely faulty, a traffic accident and alcohol report has to be aranged by the authorities before changing the vehicle's place, The vehicle mustn’t be driven at a speed higher than the legal limit or while you are under the influence alcohol or drugs.
In case the vehicle is stolen when it is rented , the nearest police or gerdanmery has to arrenge and official report. Any stolen spare tire tape or tools from the car isn't covered by the insurance, to insure these for groups B,C,D a daily rate of £5 for groups E,F,GH,I,K,L a daily rate of £8 is neccessary to be paid.
In case an accident happens or the car itself or its tools are stolen , our head office has to be informed immediately.
Damages that may be caused because of the way of using , being broken windows and headlights and also tire damages are out of the scope of the insurange. However, windows, headlights or tire damages may be insured by paying a daily rate of £ 5 for the vehicles in groups B,C,D, and £ 8 for the others . Dameges caused because of using are established in accordance whit the report arranged by the authorized service to which the vehicle belongs
The renter is responsible for any damage caused by the effect of alcohol or drugs. In case the renter is completely faultless, no damage value is demanded from the renter.
However ,a renting price per day is requested during the period the car is being repaired.
SECOND DRIVER
Nobody can drive vehicle except the renter and , on request, the second driver whose names have been written on the contact. Daily fee of second driver is £ 3 per day.
BABY CHAIR
A baby chair rental price of £5 per day.
DELIVERY
Delivery is out of charge at places where EGE rent a car offices are located . But for the other places only the transportion expenses will be taken so as bring the vehicle to Ýt’s destination
DRIVER
On request EGE rent a car will rent the car together with a driver . Provided that all the conditions remain the same, the price is £20 per day . An extra driver fee is taken . If the driver is required for the hours between 19:00 and 24:00 hours, a rate of £3 per hour will be charged.
TAXES
All taxes are maintenance expenses during renting period are included in the price (VAT excluded). The petrol is the responsibility of the customer.
EGE rent a car has the right to change the prices,conditions and vehicle models determined in the schedule without any notice.
