RENTAL TERMS
Driving Licence and Age To rent a vehicle, drivers must meet the following age and driving experience requirements:

Groups A, B, C, D: Minimum 21 years of age and at least two years of driving experience.

Groups E, F, G, H: Minimum 23 years of age and at least two years of driving experience.

Groups I-K: Minimum 25 years of age and at least two years of driving experience.
Types of Rentals

Daily Rentals: Daily rate plus a per-kilometer charge. The minimum rental period is one day.

Unlimited Mileage Rentals: A flat daily rate with no additional charge per kilometer.

Long-Term Rentals: Minimum one-month rental period. Special rates apply.

Note: Rates include oil, maintenance, and basic insurance (up to legal limits). Fuel is not included.
Payment No prepayment or cash deposit is required for major credit card holders. In all other cases, an upfront payment of 30% more than the estimated rental charge is necessary. For late returns, 1/4 of the daily rental charge will be applied for each hour of delay. A full day's rate will be charged for delays exceeding 4 hours.
Delivery and Collection Vehicles can be delivered to or collected from cities where we have local offices. A one-way drop-off fee may apply. Transfer fees are calculated based on the total kilometers. For further information, please contact our customer representatives.
Insurance Coverage and Exceptions The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is strictly considered void if:

The driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Legal speed limits are violated.

An official, on-site police traffic accident report is not submitted.
Please note that insurance does NOT cover: Tire punctures, windshield or headlight breakages, theft of the spare tire or audio equipment, loss of vehicle registration documents or license plates, loss of fire extinguishers, loss or damage to customers' personal belongings, or any damage caused by the misuse of the vehicle.
Ege Car Rental Services Car rental reservations can be made through all Ege Car Rental offices with no cancellation fees. Chauffeur services with foreign-language-speaking drivers can be provided for an additional charge. Upon request, roof racks and child seats are available with 24 hours prior reservation (extra charges apply).
🚨 Important Procedure in Case of an Accident: In the event of any accident, the renter must immediately contact the police to obtain an official accident and breathalyzer (alcohol) report without moving the rented car from the scene of the accident. Otherwise, all insurance coverage (C.D.W.) will be completely void.
